Our Location
Acton Academy East Mountains is a private school located near Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are located in Cedar Crest on the east side of the Sandia Mountains.
Ideally located only 15 minutes from Albuquerque and easily accessible to the East Mountain communities
Acton Academy is close to Albuquerque, Edgewood, Cedar Crest, Sandia Park and Tijeras.
- Coming from Albuquerque – 10 minutes from I-40 and Tramway.
- Coming from Edgewood – 15 minutes from Exit 187 on I-40.
- Central to Cedar Crest, Sandia Park and Tijeras.
Ideal setting with unique opportunities for learners
We are close to the National Forest and the Ojito de San Antonio Bernalillo County Open Space where we take frequent excursions. There are great outdoor spaces right on our campus too.
Our location combined with our unique outdoor centric, entrepreneurial approach provides learners with many benefits including:

This year we are leasing space from the Mountainside United Methodist Church. In the future we will be looking for a new location offering even more benefits for our students.
